Secrets to Happiness or Secret to Happiness whichever it may be I am looking for it desperately. Being happy is what really matters in this world I think, if you are happy thus contentment follows which makes our living in this world bearable. So what really is secret behind happiness and why others called it secret(s) or is it really a secret at all?

First lets start with what happiness means as define by Webster, it is a noun which is a state of well-being or contentment; a pleasurable or satisfying experience. Happiness is a state of mind or feeling characterized by contentment, love, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy.

“I am happy” “Be happy” these are some of the happy words that i heard or read on text messages more often, in my lifetime if there is a counting machine that counts how many times this words mentioned i think it will be more than a thousands or just maybe a million. I myself always encouraged people to stay happy or be happy all the time whether on his birthday or just an ordinary day. But the Irony is that I don’t really know what real happiness is.

Discovering happiness is a process – a very long process of learning ourselves of what we want, of what can make us happy either my material thing or spiritual thing. Early scholars from the like of Confucius, Mencius, Buddha, Aristotle, they all have something to say what happiness and how to achieve happiness.

Everyone can relate with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,Maslow insists that the urge for self-actualization is deeply entrenched in the human psyche, but only surfaces once the more basic needs are fulfilled. Once the powerful needs for food, security, love and self-esteem are satisfied, a deep desire for creative expression and self-actualization rises to the surface. If you are already on the top of the pyramid you are already happy or self-actualized individual.

Aristotle says that:

Happiness depends on ourselves.

Hello world once again, am posting this article through my mobile phone, i dont know if i will be happy or not for the postponement of my board exam this Sunday to Sunday after nextweek due to Pepeng!

We experience continous rain for 6days and nights its not just ordinary rain but i rained cats n dogs! At present there were 45 people reported dead due to massive landslide in baguio and benguet area. God bless their souls.

I consider myself lucky as God Lord give me chance to see another day. Thank you very much Lord for continuous blessings and guidance.

My Board Exam on Sunday was moved as per PRC Baguio announcement.

God delays, but doesn’t forget..

Well well Well… The Title post says it all, today is nothing but a special day for me. Now lets have a brief history lesson that surely you don’t want to listen, 25 years ago in the place far far away a boy existence adds up to the total population of this world and to that point on it remains a fact.

That ends our very brief history lesson, so what do i expect today in this special day of mine?  Nothing really a simple greetings will do, to know that someone remembers and someone cares about me is more important consideration for this very day. Gifts? Cash? Party? nope, all those three usually not in my birthday vocabulary I can live without it but if you are persistent to give me some of it I will gladly accept. This day is a celebration and thanks giving to the Lord as He continuously put blessings in me in my entire life, a fact that i am breathing as this very hour is a monument of His love and care.. Thank you for the guidance and continuous protection.

Its a customary to have a wish in our birthdays, so i guess i have share with you all what i really wish for my birthday not only for today but for the rest of my life. What do i wish for? For me to have Peace of Mind – that what I am wishing for.
